Thanks to our partnership with eight of the most distinguished culinary minds in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we can offer you tailor-made catering at star level. Whether it's a small group or a large party with up to 300 people, we have the solution. Our highly qualified and passionate staff ensure that one cog fits the other behind the scenes and that you can enjoy your event to the full. The only fear we can't take away is that all the appetizers might have been eaten by the time you've finished your welcome speech. Every plate we serve meets the high taste standards of our partner establishments and comes as close as possible to the original in the restaurant. We stand for authenticity, cordiality and joy in the culture of hosting.

History

Andreas Caminada and his long-time partner Sandro Steingruber launched Acasa in 2012 and together they refined it over many years. In 2018, the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz came on board as the first strong partner, helping to make the range of services offered by our catering company even more diverse. In spring 2022, Corsin Pfister took over the operational management of the company from Sandro Steingruber after a three-month induction period. Since then, he has successively expanded Acasa's range of services.

Your Host

Corsin Pfister is a gastronome with heart and soul. After his apprenticeship as a chef at Badrutt's Palace in St. Moritz and four seasons in the kitchen of the Lenkerhof, he was drawn to the big wide world in 2016. He sharpened his culinary senses with extensive travels and internships in renowned establishments such as Vienna's 3-star restaurant Amador. Corsin has been a member of Andreas Caminada's gastronomic family since the end of 2020. During the last two semesters of his studies at the Hotel Management School Lucerne, he immersed himself deeply in the hospitality culture of the Caminada Group as a service employee in the IGNIV restaurants in St. Moritz, Zurich and Bad Ragaz as well as at Schloss Schauenstein, expanding and deepening the skills he had acquired during a service semester and a two-year employment at the Four Seasons Hotel Les Bergues in Geneva. In his role as general manager and host of Acasa, Corsin is able to combine his two great passions: finesse-rich cuisine and a loving host culture. «Working for the Caminada Group is something very special for me. I get to work with talented people who do their job with the same passion and enthusiasm as I do. We all want to give our customers an experience they will remember with pleasure for a long time. This philosophy is also shared by our carefully selected external partners. I see the cooperation with them as a great privilege», says Corsin.
